Performance management

Kunskapsskolan measures performance and outcomes according to our four overall goals. We monitor student outcomes and results through tests, marking systems and benchmarking against other schools, within and outside our network. We use surveys to measure student, parent and employee satisfaction and motivation. In addition, we use a set of KPI´s to measure financial prudence and the efficiency of school operations.
